Cancellation Policy

Life is filled with the unexpected and sometimes things come up.  

​

Please take into account my cancellation policy in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment:

​

  • 48-hour advance notice required. This allows time to fill the appointment with another client during that appointment slot.

  • Any appointment cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled services.

  • Any appointment cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to full payment of all scheduled services.

Exceptions:

If cancelling with less than 48 hours notice you may not be charged in the following circumstances:

  • due to emergency or sudden illness

  • you are already a client and it is your first time

  • if it is your first appointment with me and you cancel without adequate notice, you will not be charged if you rebook the appointment at the time of cancelling.

Covid-19

Covid-19 Precautions
 

The pandemic raised public awareness about the risk factors associated with transmission of viruses, altering the protocols around how health care is conducted and dispensed.

 

I have always adhered to the highest standards in cleanliness and added the following guidelines not only in relation to Covid-19, but for any transmittable illness or disease. 

 

Furthermore, we each agree to inform each other well in advance of the appointment if the following should arise

  • We have been in close contact in the past 10 days with anyone or possibly exposed to anyone who tested positive for COVID-19.

  • We have any symptoms such as fever (100.0 and above) or chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, fatigue, headache, muscle/body aches, runny nose/congestion, new loss of taste or smell, or nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.

 

  • We each may request of the other that a home rapid test or other diagnostic testing is performed to determine status of Covid-19 or the presence of possible communicable disease.

 

  • Masks are not required but we each may request of the other that one be worn during the treatment.

 

Other considerations and precautions:

  • Clean linens are always supplied for the massage table. The treatment rooms, all surfaces, bathroom, and frequently used spaces are sanitized and cleaned regularly.

 

  • All spaces are purified using one or more of the following technologies: Alen Air Purifier, Austin Air Purifier, Ionic Air Purifier, UV Sanitizer, Propolis Diffuser.

 

  • You will be required to wash your hands with soap and water upon arriving and possibly to sanitize your hands at the end of treatment as well.

 

  • You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering the treatment room. Please feel free to bring a pair of slippers or indoor only shoes to wear inside.
